Katherine: Mountain Setting, looked serene Tell us about the experience - was it positive or negative? Katherine: NEGATIVE! It is a prison. They do not tell you before you come that you have no phone, newspapers, tv, or any connection to the outside wworld. Then the counselors berate and belittle you for showing emotion and label you as a victim! I came out of there more messed uped emotionally than when I went in! thank GOD for Hazelden! Do you feel the program was successful? Katherine: NO What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility? Katherine: Seriously check this place out before going! If you don't mind being treated like a 10 year old then go for it. These people are NUTS! |
