Wendy: IV drugs, methamphetamine and heroin. Alcohol used daily.

Why did you choose to go to rehab?
Wendy: I was going to die or wind up in prison.

Why did you choose this facility?
Wendy: It was the only one that would take me with no insurance.

How long were you in this rehab facility? Inpatient or outpatient?
Wendy: 31 days inpatient.

What is this facility's approach to the treatment process?
Wendy: Groups and individual counseling. I attended daily.

What do you think this rehab facility does well?
Wendy: Get you medically detoxed.

What could this facility do better?
Wendy: NA meetings

Overall do you feel your treatment here was successful or not?
Wendy: No. I left and was using again in four days. No aftercare.

Did you relapse after treatment?
Wendy: I'm not currently using. But have relapsed three times in the past year

Would you recommend this facility to a friend or a family member?
Wendy: Yes, its better than the alrenative.

What general advice would you give to somebody dealing with addiction?
Wendy: Get detoxed and counseling daily.
