Describe your addiction:
Charlie: Addicted to marijuana, stealing cars, lying, disrespect, not listening to authority

Why did you choose to go to rehab?
Charlie: I did not choose. got sent away in middle of night when I was sleeping.

Why did you choose this facility?
Charlie: parents thought it would be a great choice w/research.

How long were you in this rehab facility? Inpatient or outpatient?
Charlie: 7 months Outpatient

What is this facility's approach to the treatment process?
Charlie: both along the way. met with my therapist once a week to have a Skype therapy call with parents.

What do you think this rehab facility does well?
Charlie: Teaches young adults how to handle and deal with real life situations sober.

What could this facility do better?
Charlie: only say nice things, don't try to make the patients feel scared to talk to them.

Overall do you feel your treatment here was successful or not?
Charlie: successful, everything has gone great since I have been home.

Did you relapse after treatment?
Charlie: nope. to remember that family is first and most likely family members don't want to see you go down that path. have hope and believe in yourself.

Would you recommend this facility to a friend or a family member?
Charlie: yes, if trouble teens are going down the wrong path it would be a great option.

What general advice would you give to somebody dealing with addiction?
Charlie: believe in something grater then yourself. find a good healthy roll model someone who you can look up too.

Have you been to any other rehab facilities?
Charlie: none.
