How old were you when you attended this facility?
Vanessa: 21-22

Describe your addiction:
Vanessa: I was addicted to marijuana and alcohol

Why did you choose to go to rehab?
Vanessa: I almost died of alcohol poisoning

Why did you choose this facility?
Vanessa: I had a friend whose son attended the same rehab and his life has turned around for the better.

How long were you in this rehab facility? Inpatient or outpatient?
Vanessa: 1 year 4 months

What is this facility's approach to the treatment process?
Vanessa: Treatment was offered in a group setting. Each person had a counselor assigned to them. I met with my counselor twice a week.

What do you think this rehab facility does well?
Vanessa: Its foundation is based on the Bible and a relationship with the Lord.

What could this facility do better?
Vanessa: Accept both teens and adults at all their rehab locations

Overall do you feel your treatment here was successful or not?
Vanessa: Yes. I have been clean since February 8,2011.

Did you relapse after treatment?
Vanessa: I did not relapse. I'm still clean. I will say to the person who fell to dust themselves off and try again. Today is a new day!

Would you recommend this facility to a friend or a family member?
Vanessa: Yes, because there is healing for your addiction and mind there.

What general advice would you give to somebody dealing with addiction?
Vanessa: You may have an addiction but the addiction doesn't have to have you.
