Why did you choose this facility?
Jane: It was the only one close by covered by my insurance.

Tell us about the experience - was it positive or negative?
Jane: Extremely negative. Many people were double-billed. I was personally billed for services I did not receive, including about ten hour-long one-on-one treatment sessions when I only received about two hours of one on one treatment my whole seven weeks there.

Do you feel the program was successful?
Jane: Absolutely not. They charged $2,000 a week (after insurance ran out and they convinced my frightened parents to fork it over out of pocket) to tell us to go to NA.

What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility?
Jane: Run for your life.
