Gateway is a drug rehab program located within the Cook County Jail. This is also known as Division 14.

If you are headed to the Cook County Jail and you have a drug addiction you might get a reduced sentence for doing the drug rehab program. Most people agree that you are treated better in this division than the rest of the jail (and you even have private showers instead of having to shower with a bunch of other inmates).
