FatPat: it was mainly bs but some of it is helpful

Do you feel the program was successful?
FatPat: it depends on the individual. to me it seemed the people who really took is serious were the first to fail

What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility?
FatPat: dont go if you dont have to. if you do try to keep your cool. getting upset will get you in trouble
