Why did you choose this facility?
Tracy: My family doctor recommended.

Tell us about the experience - was it positive or negative?
Tracy: Absolutely positive. It was a very humbling experience for me. I was introduced to NA & AA. I continue to be a member of both organizations. New Hope laid a solid foundation of recovery for me, they taught me to attend 12 step meetings, to get a sponsor, and to be active in NA & AA.

Do you feel the program was successful?
Tracy: Absolutely. I have 4 years 7 months clean.

What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility?
Tracy: Get humble, listen with your heart, and know that all staff are addicts in recovery.
