Why did you choose this facility?
ToBeAlone: Seemed to be the nicest and farthest away

Tell us about the experience - was it positive or negative?
ToBeAlone: the conselours were amazing. Most of my appointments were cancelled. Two people quit while I was there due to problems with owners and manager. But the one thing that bothers me most.... They *highly encouraged* me to put cash into the safe (even though I was the only one there for 9 days... So much for group therapy.) buy when I went to check out they did not make sure I had everything I left in the safe. It turns out I left $120. I have tried to speak with someone about several times but they won't return phone calls or emails. An trust me if I was just trying to get $ out of them I think I would have picked a higher number than $120.

Do you feel the program was successful?
ToBeAlone: somewhat, I least started antideppressants again... and quit smoking but that was due to an employee that quit... So I guess I'm up in the air about it.

What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility?
ToBeAlone: don't feel that they will have your best intrest in mind. They have a business in mind, and that comes first
