Why did you choose this facility?
Lyssa: Reputation,friends advise

Tell us about the experience - was it positive or negative?
Lyssa: It was a little of both. I am still clean and sober of all substances today.Which I am very grateful for. However, for the amount of money that I paid for these service (out of pocket)I feel a little cheated.Yes, I was in fact givin tools and steps to continue my sobriety outside of rehab but with very little input from staff. Really I feel most of everything I learned there was from the other women in the program. The staff treated us like "Throw aways". Now I understand that most of the woman there were court ordered by Prop 36 or CPS but to be treated as second class citizens was belittling.Money was the object in which the program there was ran. I am thankful for all the woman and children that have to go through that everyday there and still continue to make improvements in their lives and others.

Do you feel the program was successful?
Lyssa: I know that I never ever want to go back there.

What advice would you give somebody considering going to this facility?
Lyssa: Consider any other faciliy
